New commands for sub admins

well, I think that new commands is a good way to advise the peoples of the rules, like /announce to say in the middle of the screen: /rules; stop spam; no drive by etc... other useful cmd for us is /jail or /freeze (or both), it's a way to got peoples breaking the rules. I'm not asking for much, just good and useful commands for help.

All commands are possible but not for sub-admins, only for full-admins, since LST server is a public server then its not needed to be FRAG member to have level 3 so hopefully one day also sub-admins get promoted to level 3.

History of sub-admins was like this:
First I gave them only (Warn) then after some time I added (Kick), after that thanx to [IFG]Zer0 I added (Tempban), and then (Ban) straight after that (Rban)... i'm not going to give all commands one by one, this is the limit for sub-admin commands, if a sub-admin never become level 3 then it is as it is.

I know i'am not admin i just want to make a suggestion as a exprainced admin, Would it be posible to get a cmd called /change weather, /change time.... freeze unfreeze and jail, it would be nice to chnage the time and weather as it would make hings more realstic
