So does everyone have their round on a certain day? Or can they complete it any day? Also, when the two people are dueling, do they have to have witnesses or Ado around to make sure one doesn't lie and say they won, when they didn't.

What about server restarts, timeouts and ping outs during the duel?

With so many matches it's bound to happen at least once.

Does a duel restart in these situations?

tournament was already or its canceled to other days becoz tournament timer is off :/

It's up to you and your opponent. You can finish a round on anyday and anytime you want (4 days max) And the answer to the last question is.. Witnesses! Why!? I have full trust in all of you.. And as i said, After your round is completed and your opponent is dead.. take ONE screenshot and post here as proof!
