Is 2 shot on Sawn-Off's a bug?

Is it a bug?
Should it be even counted as a bug?
How is it a bug? It just makes it even more convenient to kill the opponent,
because after all, this is a DM server.
People get kicked, even banned just for this one bug.
I can name tons of admins who use it.
So just because admins do it, players cant?
Also in the rules it does not say anything about it, just says "Dont abuse bugs",
does it include this bug?
If it's not allowed, then why do(Some)admins do it,
and why it isn't in /rules ?

Rules says that do not abuse of any bugs, so its allowed but do not abuse of it, i recommend the bug for duels(Optional) But it looks like C-Bugging.

But I can name a lot of people(including admins) who use it.
I use it too. I don't think it's a big deal, and since I use it, I don't punish people for it.

i have said in past that sawnoff fast reloading by switch beween weapons is not a bug, sure maybe it is a bug but i don't see it as a bug to disallow it in server, its part of skills in DM, i am the owner of this server and i use it.

i think yes because Speed said to do not make your own rules, an example, Warn for G Bug, thats admin abuse for sure
