Since SAMP 0.3c the passengers that use weapons such as deagle/sawnoff/shotgun (or any other type of weapon that wasn't able before 0.3c to be used for passager) won't lose health as long they shoot as passanger from vehicles.
Do not ban any player for this reasonn.
Banning for this reason is admin abuse, so do not ban for this reason or else you simply asking me to delete your admin level, this goes to full and sub-admins.
