Drive by is not on /rules

I tell players that drive by to go and read the server's rules by typing /rules, I do it cause I've learned from veteran admins that this is one of the ways to teach them not to drive by on players and that only vehicle to vehicle is allowed etc...
But today I've noticed that this rule doesn't appear on the server's rules.
The rules (that appears by typing /rules) are about:
*money hacks
*car kill
*clan tags
*insulting
*team killing
*helli killing
*cheats
*advertising
*spamming
*bug abuse

I don't know the procedure to add a rule to this list but if it's not complicated maybe it should be added?

I think you forgot to press on Page-up, if you do you see the second and third rules are about driveby, always page-up and page-down to see all info when you use commands.

It sure is but when players do it it doesn't give any warn people do it alaways 90% times

The rules are with the same form in all languages, and drive by is there, normally i use announce saying /rules, but sometimes, i use it: no drive by /rules, cuz many new players don't use page up like you forgot to use and see the first lines.
