Stats hacking, A Worry cheat

Just from today i saw a player named Legend, i think he was lazer, i ask him and he said: i am, i am not lazer. so i was like WTF here is the proof about this.

2nd stats if you STILL don't believing

Now this "Legend" is banned by Chrome because he had heat seak.
Chrome thinks Cheats fk up your stats, and well i think the same.

Im sure that he's Lazer becuz one time he joined server with this name "Goldminer"I told him who r u,he told me im not lazer i swear,and here he pwned his self,and i have proofs

Ok, i asked to east london about this. He check his IP from whatsmyip.com and it says Legend is from Pakistan, So, what happen if Lazer took a IP From another country? that would be complicated, that's my point, So we have no choice but to keep banning? i don't think so.
