got banned by [IFG]Zero for not reporting a cheater 28/6/2011 time was 8 i got banned for not reporting a cheater but he just asked me to take him to the bank i did then he offered me money for taking him i said ok then he gets banned and then i get banned for not repoting him i did not know he was a cheater and befor i can write to admin i get banned

First, read the sticky this is not a proper way to post a ban appeal. And read the website rules, no double posts. And in my opinion NOT reporting a hacker is not something to be banned for....
