Server idea

I don't know where to post it, so I will post it here.

This is just idea and nothing else.

What do you think about removing command /admins for players who are not admins?? And only leave it to admins?
Here is explanation why. A lot of players who come to server first what they do is typing /admins, so then when hackers see admins online, just turn off theirs cheats. And If you remove that command it will be easier to make server cleaner of hackers, and other people would enjoying and have fun with friends.

Lmao.

I don't think people type in /admins because some don't even know a quarter of the commands in this server. So how would they know what to type in and what not.

^ You are not in position to know what people typing and what not and I know that a lot of people type /admins, so please don't tell me that they don't type /admins. I KNOW BETTER THAN YOU. So please don't post unnecessary and stupid messages because you are not informed about this at all.


And Speed will decide what is the best for server.

One time i tried and i only could delete the whole /admins command and not making it like enable /admins for admins but disable it for players, it is possible but with my knowledge it cost time to find out how i can do this and i already gave it one try i faild, maybe if you guys know a way let me know.

I use Ladmin script.

Oh ok, but I meant maybe is possible because you move command /getinfo from lvl 1 and 3 to lvl 5?

And I will try to find the way how to do it.

But anyway if is not possible it can stay, or if other admins agree to remove it? And btw we all know who is and who isn't admin, at least we all checking this forum so we can see it. My recommendation is to remove it.

For me disabling or not willn't make big diference, but i'll try to talk with my friend, maybe he knows how to do this, my old server used this same script for admins and i changed things in, but nothing like this...

/admins command will always be enable for us because if someone enter the server with your nickname then i can see throw /admins command if its realy you or not.

Your account is connected to your IP or some, let me say it like this its not possible for someone to just use mine nickname and also get mine admin level, with combination of /aka and /admins i can be sure its real user or a fake person.

btw there is no /admins section in Ladmin script that i can edit with levels.

But Darkman was impersonating admins using their own accounts, breaking their own pass. It can't help fully just using /admins to see who is playing is fake or not. Btw Speed is right it help us to identify noobs impersonators that don't use the real account of someone coz we can't see all info about him like Speed can do. Better it stay like it are.

I can write a whole letter about all kind of scenarios that we already know about, the main thing is /admins command is the most effective way to find the players that enter the server with admins nickname, account hacking is another story.

Imagine i disable also /admins then we have 2 groups, one group that tries to find our accounts passwords and login without our nickname (include admin level) and one group that only impersonates... at least let one group stay away.
