ok let me explain, what happened? chucho have a Cyber (Internet shop, those you pay for play some hours in the pc) someone entered in his account and start to use hacks, so kevin ban him, kevin did right, but Cucho is innocent, i know him, he is unable to do a thing like that.

If he didn't did anything wrong, it's not a second chance, just a mistake if someone played with his account, i believe in cucho.

It gotta be a second chance cuz it was his account, how far i should go with this kind of hacking-account-situations? it gotta stop one time, if someone is able to step behind someone else pc and just game with his account then thats the mistake of the owner of the pc, lock your pc with password or protect it somehow, just do some with it.

Imagine everday someone else will do this with his account, then i can't sit back and everytime say "oh how sad no worry i unban you because it wasn't you".

it is a second chance and next time he will be denied for this reason.

This is not even your correct nickname, your nickname is (RCD)JEFE_chucho, if i search for (RCD)JEFEchucho i'm wasting mine time, this guy expects to get unbanned but doesn't even make time to answer the questions correctly and its not even hard for him to do it.

i already explained, He was on his PC when he do this Ban Appeal, So in he can't know his IP on the cyber, anyways He is unbanned, Hope this don't happen again.
